We just saw the news from Marissa Luck in the Houston Chronicle that Highland Homes is stepping into new territory with its first self-developed neighborhood in the fast-growing Fulshear area.
This 188-acre, 620-home community is part of Hines‘ ambitious 3,000-acre master-planned development west of Houston. With horizontal and vertical construction in-house, Highland is signaling a strategic shift toward greater control and scalability.
